Algorithmic Trading - Use of computer algorithms to automate buy/sell orders in the forex market according to predefined rules. Algorithmic (automated) trading systems can execute trades at high speed and volume without human intervention. MetaTrader’s trading robots (called Expert Advisors) and cTrader’s cBots are examples of algorithmic trading programs.
