Annualized Return (CAGR)

Annualized Return - The yearly compounded rate of return of a strategy. In backtesting, annualized return extrapolates a strategy’s performance over one year, providing a standardized way to compare different strategies or assets. It is often called CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) and helps evaluate long-term strategy viability.
