Bollinger Bands

Bollinger Bands - A volatility-based indicator consisting of a moving average (middle band) and upper/lower bands set at typically two standard deviations above and below. When volatility rises, bands widen. Traders interpret prices touching the bands as potential overbought/oversold conditions. In forex robots, Bollinger Bands help detect breakouts or pullbacks.
