Commission - In MT5, a configurable fee on trades that may be split between entry and exit. (By contrast, MT4 typically uses spread-only or a roundtrip commission.) For example, Darwinex notes MT4 charges “100% on entry” whereas MT5 can apply 50% on entry and 50% on exit. Commissions are symbol-specific and typically shown in contract specifications.
