Degen

Degen - Short for “degenerate,” a (self-deprecating) term for a highly speculative trader. In crypto jargon, a “degen” is a trader who takes extreme risks in hopes of big gains. In a Forex robot context, calling someone a degen might mean they’re using risky, high-leverage bots or gambling strategies without proper analysis. Example: “That guy’s a total degen – his robot throws on insane leverage and YOLOs every breakout.”
