Execution Timing

The timing strategy for when trades are actually sent to the market. Beyond just which signals to take, a good algo must decide the optimal time of day or session to act. For instance, some Forex bots concentrate orders during high-liquidity overlaps (e.g. London/New York session) to minimize slippage. Timing can also refer to frequency (e.g. high-frequency scalping vs. slower trades). Well-timed execution accounts for market hours, volatility, and latency: even a millisecond delay can hurt profit in fast markets.
