FOMO – Fear Of Missing Out – anxious chasing of rising prices. In trading, FOMO is the panic or impatience when one sees others making money and rushes into trades for fear of missing gains. Crypto communities define FOMO as being afraid to miss a big move. With Forex robots, a human trader with FOMO might repeatedly tweak or switch bots to chase performance rather than follow a plan. Example: “I kept changing bot settings every hour because of FOMO – I was scared to miss the next jump in the market.”
