History/Data Debugging - Running a robot on historical data in a visual mode. MetaTrader’s Start on History Data (Ctrl+F5) runs the EA in the Strategy Tester with a chart that “replays” past ticks. In cTrader, backtesting on historical bars serves a similar purpose. History-mode debugging lets you reproduce past market scenarios to debug logic (e.g. how EA handles specific price moves).
