Hypervisor

Hypervisor - A hypervisor is virtualization software that creates and runs virtual machines (VMs). It partitions a physical server into isolated VPS instances. In forex hosting, a hypervisor (like VMware ESXi, Hyper-V or KVM) allows one powerful server to host several virtual servers, each running its own OS and trading platform. The result is multiple independent trading environments on the same hardware. This is how many Forex VPS services operate: virtualization (via a hypervisor) gives each trader a “slice” of a big server with dedicated CPU/RAM, while still enjoying the cost benefits of shared hardware.
