A multi-line indicator that gauges momentum and identifies support/resistance. It has five lines (Tenkan-sen, Kijun-sen, Senkou Span A/B, Chikou Span). The “cloud” (Kumo) between Senkou A/B shows future support/resistance. Robots use Ichimoku by watching crossovers (e.g. Tenkan/Kijun cross) or price breaking above/below the cloud. Ichimoku signals include “TK cross” and price vs. cloud trend. MQL provides iIchimoku(), and cAlgo has Indicators.IchimokuKinkoHyo().
