An order execution mode where a trade is executed at the exact price you request if available. If the market price has moved beyond a specified tolerance (max deviation) and your requested price can’t be met, the broker issues a requote – a new price for you to accept or reject. Instant execution gives you price certainty (no slippage beyond your tolerance), which means your EA can get the expected entry price or nothing. However, the downside is that in fast-moving markets, you might get frequent requotes (or missed entries) when using instant execution. Dealing-desk brokers offering fixed spreads often use instant execution. If your forex robot is sensitive to entry price and not time-critical, instant execution is fine; but for time-sensitive strategies, requotes can be problematic (market execution might be preferable).
