In the context of cTrader Copy, an Investor is a user who follows and copies another trader’s strategy. The investor allocates funds to copy trades from a chosen Strategy Provider, and the platform automatically mirrors the provider’s trades in the investor’s account in real time. Investors can usually manage risk by setting their own copying parameters (like volume scaling or stop copying conditions), but they do not execute trades themselves – the trades come from the strategy they are copying.
