KYB (Know Your Business)

KYB - Similar to KYC but refers to verifying corporate clients. It involves confirming the legal existence of a corporate trader, its directors, and its financial status. Though the term is common in fintech, it falls under the broader KYC/CDD regime (i.e. checking corporate clients, their ultimate beneficial owners and source of funds).
