Optimization

Optimization - The process of tuning EA parameters for best historical performance (often via genetic or brute-force search in a strategy tester). Though not strictly debugging, optimization can help find parameter ranges where logic breaks. Caution: overfitting to history. (CTrader supports optimization; MetaTrader’s Strategy Tester has an Optimizer.)
