RDP is Microsoft’s Remote Desktop Protocol, commonly used to connect to Windows servers over the Internet. Forex VPS users often employ RDP to access their hosted trading server’s desktop from any PC. This lets traders install or configure MetaTrader, update their EAs, and monitor their bots as if sitting at the server. RDP provides a secure, full‑screen graphical interface to the remote machine. For forex automation, a fast and stable RDP connection is important so that control is as seamless as working on a local PC.
