Risk of Ruin

Risk of Ruin - A probabilistic measure (often not directly output by platforms) that estimates the chance of losing a certain percentage of capital (e.g. 90%) given current expectancy and variance. While not in standard reports, some traders compute it to understand the likelihood of drawdowns wiping out the account.
