Tick Data - The finest-grained price data (every price change). Debugging on tick data ensures your EA’s logic works tick-by-tick. In cTrader backtesting you can choose tick data for maximum fidelity. In MT5 Strategy Tester, “every tick” mode simulates all ticks between bars, which can help catch bugs that only appear with every-tick behavior (e.g. multiple signals on same bar).
