Win Rate – In automated trading statistics, this refers to the percentage of trades that are winners out of the total number of trades. For example, a system that wins 55 trades out of 100 has a 55% win rate. By itself, win rate doesn’t guarantee profitability (since it doesn’t account for size of wins vs losses), but it’s a key metric alongside others like profit factor, risk-reward ratio, etc., to assess a trading system’s performance.
